John Scag, of Scag Tree, is providing tree services around Davis-Douglas Farm and invites you to see live tree care demonstrations this Arbor Day! There will be pruning, dead wooding, and more to learn about. We are so excited that our beloved ancient white oak is getting its very first pruning! The crew will stop to talk with attendees over lunch from 12 PM - 1 PM. Lunch will be provided, but attendees are welcome to bring a picnic lunch! Registration is not required. This is a free drop-in event from 9 AM - 3 PM, with a lunch talk from 12 PM - 1 PM.

Parking:

Park at Davis-Douglas Farm, 675 Long Pond Road, Plymouth, MA 02360.

Parking is available along the gravel road. Then, walk up the gravel walkway to seek out where the crew is stationed at Davis-Douglas Farm!

From Route 3: Take Exit 7 (old Exit 3) and head southwest on Clark Road. Turn left at the intersection onto Long Pond Road. Turn a sharp right into Wildlands Trust’s headquarters at Davis-Douglas Farm.
