Join Wildlands Trust’s volunteer Hike Leader Betsy Hall for a Mindful Meditation at Emery Preserve! This meditation is for both new and experienced meditators. All are welcome. We will hike 2 miles of winding trails and visit the grand beech tree. (Update as of 11/20 - This event was originally scheduled for 11/21.)

Parking:
Meet at Wildlands Trust’s headquarters at Davis-Douglas Farm, 675 Long Pond Road, Plymouth, MA 02360.
Parking is available along the the gravel road.
From Route 3: Take Exit 7 (old Exit 3) and head southwest on Clark Road. Turn left at intersection onto Long Pond Road. Turn sharp right into Wildlands Trust’s headquarters at Davis-Douglas Farm.

1.5 hours of standing and walking mindfulness practices
Hiking 2 miles through winding trails

Leader Bio:
Betsy Hall is a meditation teacher with over 25 years of experience. She trained under renowned meditation instructor, Jose Silva, whose techniques have been studied by millions of people around the world. Betsy has also studied with Zen Masters, Buddhists teachers and Christian leaders. She loves to lead walking meditations in the forest because she believes that nature is one of the greatest meditation teachers. Betsy gently leads her participants in the art of meditation, encouraging self-discovery and delight. Her career as a teacher and guidance counselor is an essential part of her foundation as a meditation guide.
Outdoor programs are weather permitting. Cancellations and postponements due to weather will be announced online and registered attendees will be notified via email.
